Fastnet Consulting Group
has a proven track record of project delivery in two jurisdictions (US & EU) and has intimate knowledge and experience of codes and regulatory requirements of both.
Scope
Scope definition and project execution planning are the foundation to a successful project
Our team has experience at developing project requirements documentation to capture all the client’s needs and define the project scope.
We develop a project execution plan based on integrating all disciplines and activities into a logical schedule. A resource plan and budget are then developed based on the agreed scope and schedule.
Integration
We have a proven track record of diverse projects, from the delivery of a large Greenfield project ($400M) to the smaller project involving the supply of specialised process skids integrated to an existing site and technology platform.
360
What sets us apart from our peers, is our experience of all facets of project delivery, enabling us to develop a robust, logical and realistic (i.e. achievable) project execution plan. This includes integrating site start up activities such as Maintenance Planning, Operational Readiness, Performance Qualification with project delivery timelines.
Representing
Representing the client, Fastnet Consulting Group manages scope development, schedule and budget controls as well as project change control throughout the project.
